Hi, I'm Nicola. I live and work in Driffield with my husband Martin, our two children and our dog, Sadie. 

We bought our bungalow in 2021 as we fell in love with it's location and felt that it had great prospects for the future. We are avid gardeners so the bungalows gardens were a huge draw. 

After thinking that the bungalow only needed a lick of paint and a tidy we decided to go further and create a more contemporary space, combining the kitchen and lounge areas and pretty much refitting everything in the bungalow. 

It is extremely quiet with virtually zero road noise. The development is purely residential, accessible into Driffield on foot or local bus service, with a good road network providing access further afield. 

Driffield itself provides a traditional town 'vibe' with a selection of local eateries and Public houses to enjoy. Train station on the Scarborough to Hull line. 

The coast is about 12 miles away with lots of coastal areas to choose from. York is about 29 miles away, Hull, 22 miles, Beverley 12 miles.
